How do I place an order ?

Here are the steps to follow to place an online order:

If you do not have yet an online customer account, we really recommend you to create it before ordering to enable you to check your order status in real-time and view your orders history. To do that, you just need to click on « Account »  in the upper right corner  and then on “Create an account”. You will then be able to indicate all your personal information required, choose to be informed of our privileged offers by email or SMS, log in to your new account and continue your order!

  • 1. Select your items as you browse the site and add them to your basket
  • 2. Click on “See bag” and then on “Checkout” to finalize your order

If you are already a customer, click on “Account" and sign in by entering your email address and password.

If you are not a customer, click on “Checkout as guest” (however, you will not be able nor to track your order or have an invoice history)

  • 3. Choose your shipping method and indicate your personal information  (first name,  surname, email address, shipping address) and then click on “Continue”.

(N.B): Your shipping address has to be located in the country of your online Maje store  (An English order has to be done on our English online store: uk.maje.com (United-Kingdom), ie.maje.com (Ireland). 

  • 4. Choose your payment method, enter your  bank details and then click on “Purchase now”. 
  • 5. You will receive a first email when your order is confirmed and a second one when your order is shipped. 
If you have an online customer account, you  will have the opportunity to track your order at any time. To do that, you can just log in to your account, then click on  “My orders" of your account on the website. In this section, you will find the details of your orders and you can also print your invoices.

My basket

Add an item to my basket
To add an item to your basket, you must be on the page of the product you would like, select your size and click "Add to basket".

Validate my basket
To see and order products in your basket, click on "my basket" located in the upper right corner of the homepage.

Remove items from my basket
To remove items from your basket, click on the remove box represented by an x to the right of each product line.

Expiration of the basket
The contents of your basket will expire after 30 days. This term is renewable each time a product is added and at each step of the ordering process. Once this time frame has passed, the products selected will no longer be visible in your basket (Please remind that putting an item in your basket will not hold it for you. The item can be out of stock if other customers confirm their basket at the same time). 

Use a promotional code
To use a promotional code, simply type the code into the field intended for this purpose located in your basket. Once validated, the offer will automatically be taken into account in your order.

Questions concerning an item purchased in-store

For any questionsconcerning an item purchased in-store, we ask that you visit your point of sale with your item and proof of purchase. The manager of the store will provide you with a suitable solution. In the event of a dispute, the point of sale will directly contact customer services to reach a satisfactory solution.
