Circularity

Towards circular fashion
For Maje, a garment does not end with its first use. Driven by this belief, the brand offers its own approach to second-hand, repair, rental and product upcycling to extend the life of its creations. A circular approach that transforms the way we experience fashion, reducing its impact and optimising resources.

One garment, many lives

Through second-hand, Maje promotes a simple belief: a garment deserves more than one life. A cornerstone of our circular approach, this service extends the life of our creations and offers a new, more accessible and sustainable way to enter the brand’s universe.
Since 2025, Maje has been working in partnership with Faume, a specialist in second-hand clothing. This collaboration has taken shape through a completely redesigned website, as well as the rollout of in-store collection across all points of sale in France.
The ambition is clear: to make second-hand Maje as much an automatic reflex as it is a service.

A virtuous process

To become part of this, customers simply drop off their items in store or start the process online via the dedicated website. The items are then sent to Faume, which checks their authenticity, assesses their condition, cleans them and refurbishes them if necessary. In the final stage, items suitable for resale are listed online, in return for a store credit.

Second-hand sets a virtuous circle in motion. For the environment, every item resold extends its useful life and delays its end of life, reducing the need to produce new products. From the customer’s perspective, it becomes easier to resell Maje pieces, discover the brand and access its archives.
