Delivery, Exchanges & Returns
Delivery
Deliveries are guaranteed within the following timeframes for any order placed before noon:
Standard home delivery: within 2–3 business days. FREE
Pick-up point: within 2-3 business days. FREE
Maje store: within 2–3 business days. FREE
Express home delivery: within 1 business day. €6
Home deliveries are made Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
Alterations
An alteration service is available to tailor your items to your body shape.
To benefit from this service, please visit your preferred store (excluding Outlet, Corner and Affiliate stores), bringing your item with you, and speak with one of our advisors who will assist you with the measurements. We invite you to contact your store beforehand to check availability and facilitate the handling of your alteration request. Learn more.
Exchanges & Returns
You have 14 days from the date of receipt of your order to generate your return label and send back one or more items free of charge by post (excluding Outlet items).
Any exchanged or returned item must be new, in its original packaging, and with its tag intact.
Online exchanges are only eligible for a size change.

Declare your return and download your prepaid label through our website Maje.com by accessing your "My Account" area, under the "My Orders" section. If you do not have an account, you can declare your return and download the label from the "Track My Order" section.
Prepare your return parcel including the items you want to return and the delivery slip. Print and attach the prepaid shipping label to your package.
Send your parcel.
Once your return has been received and processed by our logistics team, the refund will be issued within 2 to 7 days.
In Maje stores
To make a return in store, go to the store of your choice (excluding corners, affiliates, and outlets) with the item you wish to return and your delivery slip. Your return will be handled immediately by our team. The list of eligible stores for returns is available on our website in the FAQ section.
